TDBC Teams Annual Registration Renewal Form

This page is for existing TDBC dog teams annual renewal registration only!

The form below is for existing TDBC Teams (formerly CU Events teams) who already have a registration on file with the TDBC.  Therapy dog registrations expire and are renewed annually so we will need a copy of your renewed registration card.  If you have never registered with TDBC Teams before, you can find the full contact information registration form at the following link:  https://theholles.com/therapydogsbouldercounty/tdbc-teams-registration-application/

TDBC Registration Card Update

It is mandatory we have a copy of your renewal therapy dog registration membership card for you to participate in the TDBC events such as CU Events.  If you are not able to upload a copy of your registration, please send your card image by email to Daryl Holle at daryl@theholles.com
