Therapy Dog Team Enrollment Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Rock Creek School is a vetted facility<\/a> working closely with Therapy Dogs Boulder County to bring some wonderful dog therapy to school aged kids who greatly appreciate the interaction on a daily basis.\u00a0 This Therapy Dog program is a totally volunteer<\/strong> program with team visits every Tuesday and Thursday each week.<\/span><\/p>\n

All teams are required to follow a visiting schedule.\u00a0 There are no floating schedules or visitations.\u00a0 All teams are part of a group email list so they can communicate absences and emergency coverage.\u00a0 A monthly schedule is created and sent to all teams and administration\u00a0just before the beginning of each new month.\u00a0 Presently each team will visit once per month on a Thursday from 2pm to 3pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0Therapy Dog Registration:\u00a0 All teams must be registered with a therapy dog association.\u00a0 The accepted registration memberships are:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you are not presently registered with any association, we can help you to get started with retesting to one of the above assns..\u00a0 Simply indicate your status on the application form below.\u00a0 You will need to bring a copy of your therapy dog registration to the facility on your first visit and then each time your registration is renewed.<\/span><\/p>\n
